FOUNDER'S STORY

Charmaine Sinclair, Founder & CEO

Charmaine Sinclair founded Hope for Society Foundation in 2018 with a vision to transform lives, empower communities, and create opportunities for individuals and families to thrive.

Her passion for service began at the age of sixteen in Jamaica, where she volunteered at the Maxfield Park Children's Home and served alongside faith-based organizations supporting children, seniors, and vulnerable individuals. These experiences inspired a lifelong commitment to helping others.

With more than 15 years of leadership experience at FedEx Ground and a career in education as an elementary school teacher, Charmaine combines professional expertise with a heart for service. Under her leadership, Hope for Society Foundation has provided health services, educational resources, food assistance, and community outreach programs that have positively impacted thousands of individuals and families.
